A case of allegedly luring a minor girl has come to light in Shivpuri district of Madhya Pradesh. It is alleged that the accused youth had reached the court premises with the purpose of getting a court marriage done with a minor.
On getting information about this, the girl’s mother also reached there and in anger beat the young man. During the incident, there was an atmosphere of chaos in the court premises for some time.
Shivpuri News: According to the information, the accused youth has been identified as Abdul, who lived on rent in the victim’s house. It is alleged that he had taken the minor with himself and was later trying to get a court marriage done. However, before this the girl’s mother reached the spot and took her daughter home with her.
After the incident, the matter was informed to the police. On the basis of the complaint of the family members, Kolaras police station has registered an FIR against the accused under relevant sections and started investigation. Police say that all aspects of the case are being investigated and further legal action will be taken based on the investigation.
