Spain defeated Portugal in extra time
There was a tough competition between Portugal and Spain in the FIFA World Cup 2026. In this match, both the halves i.e. 90 minutes of play remained goalless. Merino scored the only goal for Spain in extra time of the match, due to which Portugal had to face defeat. Of course, the fans were waiting to see Ronaldo’s goal in this match, but it could not happen.
