A major legal twist has come to light in the IPAC raid case. Calcutta High Court rejected TMC’s petition, in which the party had alleged that ED had seized documents from the office of IPAC IT head Prateek Jain. In the court, ED clearly said that the agency did not seize anything. The High Court commented that when there was no seizure, there is no basis left for hearing in this case. During the hearing, ED’s lawyer ASG Raju made a big claim that if someone If the file has been taken, then it was not taken by ED but by Mamata Banerjee illegally.
