Brother-in-law raped newly married sister-in-law just 20 days after marriage. Finding him alone in the room, he entered and carried out the incident. When she told this to her husband and mother-in-law, they asked her to keep quiet.
The husband said that if he told anyone he would commit suicide. The angry woman said that she would go to the police station, then everyone together beat her up. In this case, Baradari police has written an FIR against the accused brother-in-law, husband and mother-in-law.
The woman, resident of Cantt, told the police that on December 11, she was married to a young man resident of Baradari. She was lying alone in her room at around 10 pm on January 1st. At that very moment his brother-in-law suddenly entered the room.
It is alleged that the accused raped the woman and ran away. When she told this to her husband and mother-in-law, they told her not to tell anyone about it. When the woman said that she would complain to the police, the accused beat her severely.
The next day when the married woman’s parents arrived, she came with them and told the whole story to her mother. Baradari police have registered an FIR against brother-in-law, husband and mother-in-law in the case.
