On Thursday, on the 12th day of the yatra, Rahul Gandhi, Tejashwi Yadav and Pappu Yadav offered prayers at the Janaki temple in Sitamarhi. Rahul had expressed his desire to go to Janaki temple a day earlier. However, at that time the administration did not allow for security reasons. Later, this permission was given after the route was fixed.
Priyanka Gandhi returned to Delhi
Priyanka Gandhi also wanted to go to the mother Janaki temple. However, she has returned to Delhi due to the route not being fixed. At the same time, DMK chief and Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin also attended the yatra on Wednesday. Other big leaders including Akhilesh Yadav and Hemant Soren may also be involved in the coming days. During the visit of Rahul-Tejasvi, security agencies have feared three Pakistani terrorists entering Bihar. Due to this, the Congress party seems to be very worried about the safety of its leader.

Voter officer journey started on August 17
The voter rights journey started from Sasaram on 17 August. The visit included Rahul Gandhi along with RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, CPI (Male) Deepak Bhattacharya, VIP’s Mukesh Sahni and leaders of other constituents of the Grand Alliance. On Wednesday, Rahul Gandhi’s Voter Adhikar Yatra reached Sitamarhi from Muzaffarpur.
