gig workers strike

There was a big strike of gig workers in the country on 25th December and 31st December, after which the talk about their safety started. Now, keeping this in mind, the government has taken a big decision. Because in the pursuit of 10 minutes delivery, many such cases were coming to light, where delivery partners go fast to deliver the goods quickly and become victims of accidents. But this is not going to happen now.

After repeated interventions, Union Labor Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has convinced large delivery aggregators to remove the mandatory 10-minute delivery deadline.
