NTA has clarified that after the release of the provisional answer key, candidates will be able to see their question paper, recorded responses and correct answers. If candidates are not satisfied with the answer to any question, they can lodge an objection within the prescribed time limit. To challenge each answer, a fee of Rs 200 will have to be paid. This fee will be non-refundable. Only those objections will be valid, which will be submitted through the online link, within the stipulated time and with solid evidence. Objections sent after the stipulated time or through any other means will not be considered.

All objections received from the candidates will be examined by subject experts. After this NTA will release the final answer key and on the basis of that the result of UGC NET December 2025 will be declared.
