taTA Motors is preparing to launch the facelifted version of Punch in India on 13 January 2026. This is an update to one of their most popular sub-4 meter SUVs. Before the launch, the company has shared some information about this model, including its design, variants and color options. This car will compete with Hyundai Exeter in the Indian market. At the rear, the facelift gets redesigned taillamps and updated details, although its overall shape remains the same as the current model. The rear bumper has been redesigned to give the Punch a more powerful and robust look, giving it an even more attractive road presence.

Many changes have also been made in the cabin of Punch facelift. The new twin-spoke steering wheel with the Tata logo immediately catches the eye, while the traditional buttons have now been replaced with toggle-type switches, making it even more attractive. The AC vents have also been redesigned and the instrument cluster now has a 7-inch TFT display, further enhancing the looks.

The overall look of the Punch facelift remains the same, but the front part now looks sharper and new. The headlamps have been redesigned with new lighting elements. Meanwhile, the Daytime Running Lamps (DRLs) have a new design, similar to the one seen in the Nexon, Harrier and Safari. Piano black accents, redesigned lower grille and new skid plates further enhance the sporty yet premium look of this SUV.

Tata’s 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine has been included in the Punch facelift, which is already seen in other models of the brand.
