Tharu tribe recruitment: The areas where the light of government schemes did not even reach, today the daughters are reaching government jobs. A unique example of this was seen in Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday, when Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath distributed appointment letters to 2,425 main servants and 13 pharmacists in the Lok Bhavan auditorium. On this occasion, the CM said that “the selection of daughters from Tharu tribe and remote areas is proof that now talent is getting an opportunity and the process is completely fair.”

In a program organized under the aegis of Women and Child Development Department, the Chief Minister said that appointment letters have been given to youth from districts like Azamgarh, Amroha, Shamli, Lucknow, Kanpur, Agra, Gorakhpur, Varanasi and Prayagraj. At the same time, the selection of two daughters of Tharu tribe from the forests of Lakhimpur Kheri and Dudhwa National Park is a living example of a transparent process.
CM Yogi said that this selection proves that there is no limit to hard work and talent. Now those areas are also moving forward which were previously considered “backward”.

Expectation is raising hope among youth, fair recruitment
The Chief Minister said that when daughters of areas like Sonbhadra, Bijnor, Lalitpur or Jalaun are selected, it is a clear message that the recruitment process has been transparent. He said that Mission Employment is not only giving appointments, but is working to instill new faith and hope in the youth of remote areas.

Nandu Rana, coming from the Tharu community of Lakhimpur Kheri, who has been selected as the main servant, said – “I am from the forests of Dudhwa National Park. There is neither adequate education nor resources. But CM Yogi’s transparent process also gave us opportunity. Today I am on the way to fulfill my dreams.”
