After this controversy, Mahi’s close friend, actress Ankita Lokhande defended her and gave clarification on social media and appealed for restraint.
These rumors started when Mahhi, who recently announced her separation from Jai. He shared a birthday post for Nadeem on Instagram. Calling him her “best friend”, Mahhi penned loving words which caught the attention of netizens. The speculations intensified when she disabled the comments section on the post, leading to speculations about the possibility of a romantic relationship between them.
While Mahi decided not to publicly respond to this gossip, Ankita came forward to defend her friend. Taking to her Instagram Stories on Sunday, January 11, Ankita shared a long, emotional note on trolling and clarified the relationship between Mahhi and Nadeem.
Earlier, Mahhi Vij had openly expressed her opinion about her relationship with Jai Bhanushali.
