Actually, Sundar was busy bowling his spin, when he felt uncomfortable during the fifth over. The pain was so severe that he bowed down on the field and the support staff immediately reached him. This injury can be a big problem for India, because Sundar is an important spin all-rounder of the team. His off-spin and batting in the lower order both give balance to the team.
