The romantic track Ishq Da Chehra from Border 2 was released recently and the fans couldn’t stop gushing over Sonam and Diljit’s chemistry in the love track. The song features the duo’s wedding sequence in the film and the audience is loving the playful connection between them and the comfort they share with each other is palpable. The minute nuances and the camaraderie between Sonam and Diljit has truly struck out in the song.
The actors have previously collaborated on multiple Punjabi films before, including Punjab 1984, Honsla Rakh, Sardaarji 2 and Super Singh. Sonam and Diljit’s onscreen jodi is counted amongst one of the iconic duos in the Punjabi film industry, and that chemistry has truly come alive in Border 2 as well. The new song from the film has only made their fans more eager to see them reunite in the magnum opus, which also stars Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan and Ahan Shetty, and releases on Republic Day weekend this year.
