‘All charges framed in Land for Job case’

The troubles of former Bihar Chief Minister and RJD supremo Lal Prasad Yadav and his family have increased. In the famous Land for Job case, the court has framed charges against 41 including Lalu family. Hearing the case, Rouse Avenue Court Special Judge Vishal Gogne said that Lalu Yadav and his family were working like a criminal gang and had hatched a deep conspiracy with complete planning.

Actually, the court heard the Land for Job case on Friday in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court. In which charges were framed against Lalu Prasad Yadav, his wife Rabri Devi, son Tej Pratap, Tejashwi Yadav and daughter Misa, Hema. During this time, Misa Bharti and sons Tej Pratap-Tejashwi were present in the court. Let us tell you that this case has been registered by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

Rouse Avenue Court has accepted on the basis of evidence that the allegations leveled against the Lal family are true. Now after the charges are framed, the question is what happens next. According to the court’s decision, the trial of this case against Lalu family will go on. The final verdict will be announced after the arguments in the trial. That means Lalu Yadav family still has an option.

What is Land for Job Case?

Land for Job itself reveals that this is a case of land for job scam. In which Lalu Yadav family is accused of taking land in exchange of giving job in Railways. CBI alleges that this scam took place between 2024 and 2009 when Lalu Yadav was the Railway Minister. During this period, recruitment was done in Group D category in West Central Zone of Indian Railways located in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The recruitments were done by bypassing the rules and a scam was done for personal gain. In which after 2020, CBI and ED raided many places in Bihar and Delhi and in 2022, CBI registered a case in this matter.
