Work became easier with AI, but why be afraid of hiring?
Today the use of AI has become common in offices. About 87% of people are comfortable using AI at work, yet when it comes to interviews and recruitment, confidence drops. 77% people feel that the hiring process has taken too long, 66% say that there is less human touch in recruitment, 48% people do not understand how to make their job application stand out. On top of that, sometimes the recruiter’s response comes late or does not come at all, which further increases people’s tension.
