A big and shocking statement has come out in the Supreme Court regarding stray dogs. During the hearing, Justice J.B. Nath said that dogs sense the fear of humans, hence they bite, and he said this on the basis of his personal experience. On Thursday, for the second consecutive day, a hearing was held in the Supreme Court for about two and a half hours, in which a heated debate was seen on the problem of stray dogs, the safety of people and the preparedness of the government.
