Three years after the release of Agent, Akhil Akkineni is testing his luck with Lenin, a routed Rayalaseema-based emotional action drama. The trailer kept the bars of expectations high and the film will release on July 10th. What’s struck everyone is the grounded behaviour and promotions of Akhil. The actor has been subtle, agreed about his debacles, revealed the amount of hard work he kept for the film and he also expressed how Lenin is a crucial one for him. He spoke about the legacy of the Akkineni family, about his film journey and about his past mistakes and how he learned from the debacles in his career.
Akhil frankly agreed that he is yet to get the biggest break in his career. He did not seem over-excited or over-confident during the promotions. He said that his film will speak first and he would talk after the release of Lenin. This has turned out to be a big surprise for his fans and the Tollywood audience. Most of our actors turn excited during the promotions and they go over-board praising their films. But Akhil has chosen a different path and this is winning appreciation for him. Lenin is directed by Murali Kishor Abburu and Bhagyashri Borse is the heroine.
