Yogi adityanath employment scheme: This is the first time in the history of Uttar Pradesh when every youth of the state will move forward with a guarantee of respectable job and minimum wage. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated the Employment Mahakumbh 2025 in Lucknow and made this big announcement for the youth.
Government will raise charges in addition to companies
CM Yogi said that no company will be able to exploit the employee. Companies will pay minimum wages, but the government will bear the additional charge above that. This will not only ensure job safety, but the youth will be stronger towards their rights.

UP becomes new capital of employment
The Chief Minister said that “The state who once migrated for employment is providing employment there today.”

- Employment generation from 96 lakh MSME units
- More than 70,000 youth started their enterprises from CM Youth Entrepreneur Scheme
Odop and MSME gave new identity
Traditional enterprises have got a new identity through “One District One Product Scheme”. In the MSME sector, millions of units not only gave employment but also made migrant workers self -sufficient.
New schemes for artisans and youth
- Vishwakarma Labor Award and PM Vishwakarma Yojana free toolkit and training to traditional workers
- CM Youth Entrepreneur Scheme without guarantee, interest -free loan
- AI, Robotics, Drone Technology and Foreign Language Training to Youth from UP Startup Mission and Skill Development Mission
Focus on both investment and security
CM Yogi said that crime has reduced due to the Zero Tolerance policy of the state and UP is becoming the first choice of investors. So far, investment of more than Rs 15 lakh crore has landed at the ground level, which has provided employment to more than 60 lakh people.
Protection of workers is priority
The CM clearly said that the workers will not be allowed to be exploited through any outsourcing company. Their salary will be received on time, and the responsibility of additional charge will be on the government.
