A minor boy from the Muslim community living in the neighborhood of a village in Muradnagar police station area kidnapped a nine-year-old girl studying in fifth class and raped her. On complaining, the accused party also beat up the girl’s family members.
Activists of Hindu organization created ruckus at the police station demanding encounter of the accused and bulldozing of his house. The family of the accused locked the house and fled. The police have registered a case and started searching for the accused.
The nine-year-old daughter of a resident of Muradnagar village was playing outside the house at 3 o’clock on Thursday afternoon. It is alleged that a teenager living in the neighborhood came to the spot and kept talking to the girl who was playing for a long time. After this, taking advantage of the opportunity, the accused kidnapped the teenage girl and took her to the terrace of his house and raped her. When the accused teenager was doing wrong things, the girl’s aunt saw it. Tai caught the teenager red-handed and informed the girl’s grandmother. When the girl’s grandmother reached there, the accused fled from the spot. In a delirious state, the girl was brought down from the roof of the house and admitted to the local hospital.

It is alleged that the family members of the accused misbehaved and assaulted the girl’s grandmother and father. Late Thursday night the family reached Muradnagar police station and filed a complaint. After receiving the complaint, the police sent the girl for medical examination. The accused belongs to another community, due to which there is a situation of tension in the village. In view of the tension, police force has been deployed in the village.
Uproar over demand for encounter
As soon as the information about the rape of the girl was received, the workers of Hindu organization gathered on Friday and reached Muradnagar police station and created a ruckus. Their demand was that the accused and his family members should be encountered and the house should be bulldozed. At around 3 pm on Friday afternoon, BJP leader Udita Tyagi reached Muradnagar police station with women and demanded strict action against the accused.
Argument over declaring the accused innocent
Meanwhile, the former head sitting in the police station in-charge room declared the accused innocent. There was an altercation between the former head and Udita Tyagi regarding this matter. The police station in-charge somehow pacified the matter. Activists of the Hindu organization have warned the police that if the accused is not arrested within 24 hours, the police station will be surrounded. The activists alleged that if the police takes action under pressure in the case, they will not rest until the victim gets justice.
Accused’s family absconding
There was outrage in the village after the girl was raped. After this, hundreds of villagers gathered and started creating ruckus. Meanwhile, the family of the accused locked their house and fled from the village. Actually, the wall of the house of the victim and the accused is connected.
