In such a situation, this routine is not so dangerous for them.
It is necessary to sleep in the afternoon
Experts say that, if the child is sleeping at 11:30 or 12 o’clock at night and wakes up at 6 in the morning. So he is able to sleep only for 6-7 hours. At the same time, if the child is made to sleep for 1-2 hours after coming back from school, then it is good for health. This makes the child feel fresh and the remaining sleep is also completed. In such a situation, it is very important to put the child to sleep in the afternoon.

Experts recommend that everyone needs 8 hours of sleep. Children are also included in this. In such a situation, if the child sleeps late at night and gets up for school at 6 in the morning.
