The inauguration of 70 Sandipani schools prepared in Madhya Pradesh will be a great festival of education and culture. There will also be special events, science exhibitions and AI demonstrations on Guru Purnima.
Bhopal. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav reviewed the progress of Sandipani schools, which were completely ready for inauguration in the Ministry on July 3. During the meeting, he instructed the senior officials of School Education Department and Tribal Affairs Department that the inauguration programs of these schools should not be limited to formal inauguration only, but they should be organized as a social festival related to education, culture and public participation.
The Chief Minister said that maximum participation of students, their parents, public representatives and local citizens should be ensured in these events organized during the ongoing School Chale campaign in the state, so that the society can also become a part of this initiative.
Inauguration of Sandipani schools becomes a memorable occasion for children
Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the inauguration of Sandipani schools is not just the inauguration of new buildings, but it is the beginning of a new era of bright future and quality education for the children of the state. Therefore, these programs should be celebrated with enthusiasm and gaiety. He directed that cultural programs, various competitions and other creative activities of students should be organized in every school. Besides, snacks and sweets should also be distributed to all the children, so that this day always remains memorable for them.
Pocket book will be published on Guru Sandipani, students will get inspiration
In the meeting, the Chief Minister also gave instructions to prepare a small booklet (pocket book) based on the life and ideals of Guru Sandipani and distribute it among the students. He said that Guru Sandipani was a strong symbol of social harmony. He did not discriminate on the basis of caste, class, color or economic status. From the children of the royal family to the students of farmers and poor families, he gave education and values to everyone with equal respect. The Chief Minister said that it is important to introduce students to his personality and work, so that they can better understand the Indian knowledge tradition, guru-disciple relationship and moral values.
Special programs will be organized in Sandipani schools on Guru Purnima.
It was also decided in the meeting that the entry festival will be celebrated with full enthusiasm in those Sandipani schools which have already been inaugurated. Its objective is to connect more and more children with schools and increase awareness about education. While directing the officials to complete all the preparations on time, the Chief Minister said that every Sandipani school should become an ideal center of modern, quality and culture-oriented education in the state.
70 Sandipani schools ready, science exhibition and AI demonstration will be attractions
In the meeting, School Education Secretary Dr. Sanjay Goyal informed that the construction work of 70 Sandipani school buildings has been completed in the state. These include 46 schools of School Education Department and 24 schools of Tribal Affairs Department. All the schools are now ready for inauguration.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav directed that these schools should be inaugurated in the presence of the ministers in-charge of the respective districts and other public representatives. Also, on the occasion of Guru Purnima on 29th July, a special festival should be organized in one Sandipani school of each district under the chairmanship of the Minister in-charge.
In these programs, events like science exhibition, honoring teachers, presentation of innovations of students and teachers, demonstration of digital technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) and honoring the meritorious students of the school will be organized. The Chief Minister said that such programs will not only connect the students with new technologies but will also introduce them to the values of Indian culture and education.
