AI Leadership Concerns: In today’s time, the use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) is increasing rapidly. Many people are also using AI to find new ideas. Anupam Mittal, founder and CEO of People Group, has expressed concern over it by sharing a post on Linkedin.
Anupam Mittal wrote, “A founder recently Shekhi Baghari. ‘I meet all my idea Chatgpt’. He felt that it is a flake. I saw a red flag. Because Jane AI is mostly average of current knowledge. It seems very good, spontaneous, confident and clear, but often only the general things are very good, but often the general things are only in the same way.”
He wrote, “I have seen the AI-written email sent by senior leaders. They seem very talented to read, but they have no meaning. It is absurd Ctrl C Ctrl V. The decision is not led to the outsource. The best managers and founders I know, they use AI for speed and structure, they use AI, but it depends on them. Is that AI can pretend to be intelligence.
