Travellers heading to Indonesia will soon find it much easier to handle entry formalities, the country is testing a new online system called ‘All Indonesia’ that brings together all arrival forms into one place.
Instead of filling out multiple forms on different websites, international travellers can now complete everything, including immigration, customs, and health declarations, in just one digital form.
What Is the “All Indonesia” Portal?
If you’ve travelled to Indonesia before, you know the drill. All Visitors must apply for a visa-on-arrival or online e-Visa and then complete two separate mandatory declarations:
Each step had its own website or app. It was a bit of a hassle.
This often means switching between platforms and double-checking submissions. The new system aims to end that confusion.
All Indonesia changes that. It’s a single platform that handles all of it. You fill out one form, and you’re done.
Where Is It Available Right Now?
The rollout of ‘All Indonesia’ started in July 2025, at a launch event in Jakarta’s Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The system is currently in the testing phase and is available at the following locations:
Airports:
- Bali (Ngurah Rai International)
- Jakarta (Soekarno-Hatta International)
- Surabaya (Juanda International)
Seaports:
- Batam Center
- Batam Nongsapura
- Bengkong
- Citra Tritunas
- Sekupang
- Teluk Senimba
More airports and seaports are expected to join the system by the end of 2025, which means most international travellers should have a smoother, hassle-free arrival experience across Indonesia by 2026.
How Long Does It Take?
According to Indonesian officials, the whole process takes about 2.5 minutes. You can fill it out up to 3 days before your arrival.
And, it’s free. No hidden fees. Once you submit the form, you’ll get a QR code by email. Just show it when you arrive.
What Do You Need to Fill the Form?
Here’s what you’ll need:
Personal Details
- Nationality, full name, date of birth

Do You Still Need Other Forms?
If you’re flying into an airport or arriving at a port not listed above, yes. You’ll still need to:
- Submit the SATUSEHAT health pass
- Complete the e-CD customs form
But once All Indonesia is live nationwide, this one platform will replace both.
What’s Next
The trial phase will run until the end of 2025. After that, the “All Indonesia Arrival Card” will become mandatory at all international entry points.
Final Thoughts
Indonesia is making a clear effort to reduce travel hassles by moving towards a single, digital entry form. While it’s still in testing, it’s already available at several major entry points, and it’s simple, fast, and free.
If you’re heading to Indonesia soon, check if your arrival airport supports All Indonesia. It could save you time at immigration and customs.
