The biggest difference between the job systems of India and Germany
Shruti, an Indian woman living in Germany, while sharing her experience on the social media platform After completion of studies, candidates have to apply themselves to different companies and the selection completely depends on the recruitment process. He told that not getting any kind of response for a long time after applying is also considered a part of the normal process there. Many times candidates just have to wait for months.
Have to go through rejection again and again
According to Shruti, the most difficult phase of job search is the repeated rejections. He said candidates check emails with anticipation, but many times they get rejection mail starting with “Leider” meaning “unfortunately”. He says that continuously receiving such answers can weaken the confidence of any person. However, he also clarified that this does not mean that the candidate lacks qualifications.
Every rejection is not your fault
Shruti told that rejection is a normal thing in Germany and even candidates with good profile are not able to escape it. There could be many reasons behind this. Such as too many applications for a post, requirement of German language, low budget of the company, halt in the recruitment process or some vacancies never getting filled. This means that every time the reason for rejection is not the candidate’s ability, but many external circumstances are also responsible. See viral post below-
