Ingredients required to make turmeric pudding
To make this delicious halwa, take 200 grams raw turmeric, 2 cups full cream milk, 4-5 tablespoons desi ghee, half cup jaggery powder or sugar as per taste, 2 tablespoons almonds and cashews (chopped), 1 tablespoon pistachios, half teaspoon cardamom powder and some saffron threads. If you want, you can also add some black pepper powder to enhance the taste.
