Karan Johar’s reality show, The Traitors, has become the talk of the town. The very first episode created quite a buzz on social media and the following ones were nothing less than a rollercoaster ride.
Even after its finale, fans are hooked to some contestants, controversies, and are even excited for the next season. One of the most talked about issues is Apoorva Mukhija aka The Rebel Kid, calling veteran actor Ashish Vidyarthi by name. She was called out by many co-contestants, and now, finally, the Rana Naidu actor himself has broken his silence on the matter saying that there is ‘no bad blood’ between them.
Ashish Vidyarthi On Apoorva Mukhija’s ‘Insulting’ Remarks
Talking to Siddharth Kannan, Ashish said, “I met Apoorva for the first time on the set, and it was a completely new experience for me. I met a generation that I wasn’t aware of, and I realized that I was living under a rock. I met some amazing people, and Apoorva is one of them. I had met some others before, but Apoorva and a few others were new to me. I was very happy to meet them because they belong to a completely different generation with a different understanding and way of thinking.”
He further added on Apoorva’s remarks: “Her style is like that, you know. The way she talks, her existence, her persona… it’s all like that. She does her thing, and I do mine; that’s fine. Frankly, when Sudhanshu came, I found out what he said, and within a day, she sent me a WhatsApp message. She said, ‘Sir, I want to apologize.’ I called her up and said, ‘Apoorva, I spoke to you there too, and I think you’re a wonderful human being, it’s all good.'”
Apoorva Has A Lot Of Dignity: Ashish Vidyarthi
“Apoorva has come out of an amazing journey, and there’s a lot of dignity in her. She loves her family and does a lot for them. That’s why I told her to choose her path, those people might try to force her into a certain persona, but she should choose her own path. I was very happy with our conversation. In fact, she said she’d like to have lunch with me one day, and I said, ‘Absolutely.’ Now that I think about it, if I’m in town and she has time, we’ll definitely do it. I have no hard feelings at all.”
