Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav interacted directly with the sisters in the ‘Strong Women – Empowered Women’ dialogue organized at the Chief Minister’s residence. Women empowerment, entrepreneurship, education, health and schemes were discussed in the program.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that under the guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the Madhya Pradesh government is continuously working for the respect, protection and empowerment of all the mothers and sisters of the state. He said that women have got 33 percent reservation in Parliament, while 35 percent reservation has been ensured for women in urban bodies and government services in the state. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Modi, women are now reaching top positions in the Indian Army. The Chief Minister said that the aim of the government is that the sisters of the state should become economically and socially self-reliant, for this many schemes have been implemented.
Industry, property and economic support for women
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that women are being given subsidy for setting up industries in the state. An additional rebate of 2 percent in registration fee is also being given to women to make them property owners. This has provided financial security and self-respect to the sisters.
Intimate dialogue and emotional atmosphere at Chief Minister’s residence
Enlightened women, sisters associated with livelihood mission and drone didis participated in the “Shashakt Nari – Samarth Nari” dialogue program organized at the Chief Minister’s residence on Tuesday. The Chief Minister had a cordial discussion with everyone and also got a group photograph clicked. Girl Sargam Kushwaha presented a patriotic song, which made the atmosphere emotional. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav announced to give Rs 51 thousand as incentive to Sargam. He said that such dialogue programs will continue in future also.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that today not women but sisters have come to his house. Hearing his emotional address, the women present became emotional.
Gave credit to the values of elder sister and mother
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav gave credit for his success to his elder sister Mrs. Kalavati Yadav and said that she inspired him to enter politics. The values, love and courage received from mother and sister are the biggest assets of his life. He said that in his family the daughter-in-law is also like a daughter. Sanatan culture is based on maternal power, where mother is considered the first guru.
Conservation of heritage with development
The Chief Minister said that both development and heritage are being taken together in the state. Along with industrial development, medical facilities are also being expanded. Up to 25 acres of land is being given on lease to open medical colleges and hospitals on PPP mode. Madhya Pradesh is the first state in the country to do so. The government is also paying MBBS fees of up to Rs 70-80 lakh for meritorious students from economically weaker sections.
New experiments and opportunities in health sector
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the tradition of Guard of Honor has been started to promote body donation and organ donation. New opportunities are also being created in Ayurvedic, Allopathy and paramedical education.
Promotion of women entrepreneurship and start-ups
The Chief Minister said that Madhya Pradesh is progressing rapidly in industrial development. For the last two years, special encouragement has been given to start-ups, which are led by a large number of women entrepreneurs. Women have been kept at the center of 18 new policies implemented in the state. Women have also benefited from the Global Investors Summit and Regional Industry Conclave held in Bhopal.
Ladli bahna scheme changed the atmosphere of homes
The Chief Minister said that the Laadli Brahmin Yojana has increased the confidence and self-esteem of women. In many districts, women are working on important posts like Collector and SP.

In the programme, women from health, education, textile, business and social sectors shared their experiences, challenges and innovations. The Chief Minister said that today women power has become not only a partner but also a leader.
