Dega finished in Vijay Hazare Trophy: It rained sixes and fours on the JSCA Oval ground in Ranchi and it rained from the bat of right-handed batsman Dega Nischal, who scored a blistering century against Mizoram. This right-handed batsman played an innings of 182 runs in 130 balls against Mizoram. He hit 3 sixes and 23 fours in his innings. Nischal’s strike rate was 140, which is amazing in ODI cricket. On the basis of Dega’s stormy batting, Nagaland team scored 399 runs in 50 overs against Mizoram. Nischal also made a big record in his name with this innings.

Dega Nischal has achieved the feat of making the biggest ODI score for Nagaland by playing an inning of 182 runs. Earlier this season S. Rupero had made this record in his name by playing an innings of 138 runs but Dega has now gone ahead of him. Along with this, Dega has also become the player who played the most innings against Mizoram. He broke the record of Assam’s Swaroopam, who had scored an inning of 163 runs in 2019.
