Supreme Court has stayed the bail of Kuldeep Sengar in the Unnao rape case. At present, the Supreme Court has temporarily stopped the bail granted by the Delhi High Court. During the hearing, the Supreme Court said that the accused is already guilty and it is necessary to stay the bail. The court issued notice to Sengar’s lawyer to file his reply within two weeks. The next hearing will take place after four weeks.
