The Supreme Court has stayed the bail of former BJP MLA Kuldeep Sengar, convicted in the Unnao rape case. The bench led by Chief Justice Surya Kant said that this criminal should not get bail in any case. The court issued notice to Sengar’s lawyer to file his reply in two weeks. The next hearing will now take place after four weeks. The court clearly said that the debate will be only on the issue of stay and Sengar will not be released for now.
