According to the police, the truck was going towards Bilaspur. As he reached the turn near the hill gate, the wheel of the truck hit the divider. As soon as the balance was lost, the truck overturned and was hit by the Bolero coming from the front. The Bolero was completely buried, due to which its driver died tragically on the spot. Hundreds of people gathered at the spot after the accident.
The crashed Bolero is said to be that of the SDO of the Electricity Department. 54-year-old Firasat, resident of Gujar Tola (Thana Ganj area), who was driving the Bolero, was seriously injured in this accident. Efforts were made to save him, but by then it was too late. The Bolero was badly damaged and the body was taken out after a lot of effort.
