Champion Box Office Collection: Champion, the Telugu sports action-drama starring Roshan Meka in the lead role, has completed its first four days in theaters following its Christmas Day release on December 25, 2025. The film, which also marks the Telugu debut of Anaswara Rajan, opened across multiple regions in India and has recorded a total India net collection of approximately ₹7.75 crore in its opening weekend, according to industry tracker Sacnilk.
The day-wise collection shows an initial strong opening with ₹2.75 crore on Day 1 (Thursday), followed by a drop to around ₹1.5 crore on Friday. Saturday saw a slight recovery, with collections rising to an estimated ₹1.75 crore, which held steady on Sunday as well. These figures indicate a stable weekend performance, with the total four-day earnings reaching ₹7.75 crore.

Champion is set against a pre-independence backdrop in Secunderabad and revolves around Michael, a talented footballer with aspirations of pursuing his dream in London. His journey, however, takes an unexpected turn, setting off a series of challenges that shape the narrative.
The film is written, directed, and crafted for the screen by Pradeep Advaitham, with production handled jointly by Swapna Cinema, Zee Studios, Anandi Art Creations, and Concept Films. Priyanka Dutt, GK Mohan, and Gemini Kiran have produced the film, while co-producers include Umesh K R Bansal. Cinematography is managed by Madhie ISC, with editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. Music is composed by Mickey J Meyer, and action sequences are coordinated by Peter Hein.
