Captain Uday Dabas led from the front with an outstanding raiding display, orchestrating three all-outs during the match. One of the defining moments came when Dabas, despite being held by two defenders, pushed forward with determination to cross the half line and complete a crucial raid, wiping out the remaining players.
Uday Dabas finished the match with 19 raid points, emerging as the standout performer, while Gazab’s defence complemented the attack by staying compact and effective. Kanpur Warriors began the match aggressively, asserting control through sharp raiding and coordinated tackling. Ganga Kings showed resilience and briefly fought back to level the scores at 9-9, threatening to shift momentum.
The turning point came when Ayush produced a crucial super raid, restoring Kanpur’s lead and disrupting Mirzapur’s rhythm. From there, Kanpur tightened their defence and capitalised on transition opportunities to steadily pull away.

Kanpur Warriors went into halftime with a 21-12 advantage and maintained the same intensity after the break. In total, they inflicted four all-outs, preventing Ganga Kings from mounting any sustained comeback and sealing a convincing win.

Awadh Ramdoots returned after the break with renewed intent, tightening their defence and inflicting an all-out to reduce the deficit. Captain Abhimanyu Raghuvanshi then took responsibility in the raiding department, leading the comeback with composure and precision.
Abhimanyu finished with 13 raid points, steadily closing the gap as Awadh Ramdoots maintained pressure in the closing minutes. The sustained effort paid off as Awadh completed a dramatic turnaround to clinch a narrow two-point victory.
Varun dominates as Kashi Kings outclass Aligarh Tigers
The final match of the day saw Kashi Kings deliver a commanding performance to defeat Aligarh Tigers 43-28 in a one-sided encounter.
Kashi Kings asserted control early, combining rapid raids with a compact defensive setup that kept Aligarh Tigers under constant pressure. Their dominance translated into six all-outs over the course of the match, steadily widening the gap.
Raider Varun was the standout performer, dismantling the Aligarh defence with clinical efficiency. From 13 raid attempts, Varun completed 12 successful raids, scoring 13 touch points and one bonus point.
Aligarh Tigers continued to fight through their attacking unit, with Kunal Bhati contributing 14 points and Vinay Tewatia adding 10 raid points, but defensive lapses proved costly as Kashi Kings closed out a comfortable victory.
