At the pre-release event of Pushpa 2: The Rule, Allu Arjun praised his co-stars Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna. Referring to Rashmika as his “home,” he spoke highly of her and expressed disappointment at Fahadh’s absence from all the pre-release events.
Allu Arjun took to the stage at the Kochi pre-release event and greeted his fans, saying, “Enda army, namaskaram.” Overwhelmed by the love and positive response Pushpa 2 has received at all its pre-release events, Arjun continued, “Lots of love from your adopted son, Mallu Arjun.” He also expressed his gratitude for the love and support Kerala audiences have shown him over the past twenty years.

He then expressed his disappointment at his Pushpa co-actor Fahadh Faasil’s absence, wishing he could have been on stage with him. He said, “Fafa has rocked the show in Pushpa 2 and he will make every mallu proud throughout the world”. The Arya actor promised his fans that they wouldn’t have to wait as long for his next film as they did for Pushpa 2. He assured them of more frequent releases.

Allu Arjun then spoke about – the national crush, as he referred to her at the event. Praising her, he said “My very own Srivalli, Rashmika will ‘crush’ the entire nation this time. Everybody will crush on her this time once again.”
Arjun further went on to say how he has only worked with her as his ‘heroine’ for the past three years. He said, “You are the only heroine I’ve been seeing on set. You have become home. Working with you is so comfortable, you make me feel like I’m home. Thank you so much for your support. Without you, Pushpa would have been possible, and I could not have performed without your support.” He concluded by saying, “I will always keep this love in my heart till the end of time. You made Pushpa very special.”

Allu Arjun praised his director Sukumar while addressing the audience at the Kochi pre-release event. He said, “I would like to thank all my chief technicians, starting with my director Sukumar, who started my life (career) here. It was actually Sukumar who gave me Arya and that film started my market in Malayalam. The entire credit goes to Arya, and from then till Pushpa you have shown me love. All of that is because of my director Sukumar.” He also thanked the audience on behalf of Sukumar, who was unable to attend the event due to post-production work of Pushpa 2.
