The results of the 69th Combined Competitive Examination were declared in Bihar on Wednesday, in these results a total of 470 candidates were successful, out of which 23 candidates are beneficiaries of the Chief Minister Extremely Backward Class Civil Services Incentive Scheme of the Bihar Government. Out of the 23 successful candidates, two candidates, Kranti Kumari and Neeraj Kumar, have been successful in making it to the top 10. This time, 23 candidates have achieved success for various posts, which include 14 candidates from Revenue Service, 3 Labor Enforcement Officer, 2 District Planning Officer, 1 Deputy Superintendent of Police, 1 Deputy Election Officer, 1 Supply Inspector, and 1 Block Panchayati Raj Officer. Earlier this scheme used to provide incentive amount only to the candidates who passed the preliminary examination of Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC). But now this scheme has been expanded to include other important examinations from 2024. Under the scheme, the prescribed incentive amount will be given to the selected candidates after passing the preliminary examination.

Congratulating the successful candidates, Backward Class and Extremely Backward Class Welfare Department Minister Shri Hari Sahni and Secretary Shri Manoj Kumar expressed happiness over the success of the scheme.
