Two young characters of Sambhal Masjid controversy, one gave the order and the other implemented it

Violence broke out during the survey of Jama Masjid in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. So far 27 accused have been arrested in the case. Sambhal MP Ziaur Rahman Burke and MLA’s son Suhail Iqbal are also named in the FIR. It is alleged that after going to the mosque to offer namaz, he gathered a crowd and made inflammatory statements. They incited the crowd to take political advantage and disturb the harmony. Apart from this, there are two young characters in this whole controversy, one of whom has given the order and the other has got it implemented. The one who will issue the order is Judge Aditya Singh and the one who will implement it is CO Anuj Chaudhary.

Who is Aditya Singh?

Let us first talk about Judge Aditya Singh. Aditya is posted as civil judge in Sambhal. Aditya Singh, born on November 11, 1988, is a resident of Muzaffarnagar. He joined the Judicial Service on June 13, 2018. He was promoted as Civil Judge on November 18, 2023. Before Sambhal, he was posted in Saharanpur and Bijnor.

In July 2022, Aditya Singh was transferred to Chandpur, Bijnor. On 21 November 2023, he was appointed Civil Judge in Chandausi Sambhal. His own court had ordered the survey of Jama Masjid. The order was given after hearing a petition which claimed that a temple was demolished in 1526 to build a mosque.

Know Anuj Chaudhary

Anuj Chaudhary is a DSP rank officer. He is posted as CO in Sambhal. Anuj got recruited in UP Police from sports quota. He has increased the prestige of India in international wrestling. He has also won many medals in wrestling for the country. Anuj Chaudhary, who has received the Arjun Award, is known for his fitness. Anuj is a resident of Baheri village of Muzaffarnagar. He won two silver medals in the 2002 and 2010 National Games and two bronze medals in the Asian Championships.

Anuj Chaudhary was also injured during the violence in Sambhal. He was shot in the leg. One of his statements also went viral. He had said that the police also have the right to self-defense. Policemen have not joined the police force to die. In the viral video, Anuj Chaudhary is also seen saying that policemen also have children and families. He asks whether we are not a family of policemen? Anuj Chaudhary is saying in the video that one should first see what the situation was like in Sambhal for 4 to 6 hours.

Report sent to CM Yogi

Meanwhile, information has also come to light that the police and district administration have sent a report to CM Yogi regarding the Sambhal violence. The government had sought a report from the district administration. Police and district administration have submitted the report with complete details to the government. The report mentions the arrival and departure of the survey team, when and how the violence started. The report contains details of the crowd of people and at whose instigation the violence started. After the violence, details of how and what action the police and administration took against the violent mob are available.
