New Delhi: Delhi’s Air Quality Index (AQI) soared to 391 in the early hours of Sunday, December 28, reported by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). The capital continued to be engulfed by dense fog and intense cold conditions, which reduced the visibility across the region.
Several areas reached the 445 mark, like Anand Vihar, Akshardham, India Gate, and more, placing the regions in the ‘Severe’ category, according to the CPCB.
