The use of fireworks during a wedding in Noida, Uttar Pradesh proved costly for the wedding guests. As soon as the wedding procession reached the bride’s door, the groom Raja got down from the carriage. But as soon as the groom got down, the carriage started burning. There was a fire in it. This fire was caused by fireworks. The wedding procession including the groom narrowly escaped this accident.
The local people strongly protested against this incident and also wrote a letter to the District Magistrate. The incident took place in Aravali Apartment located in Sector-34, Noida. The incident caused by fireworks during a wedding ceremony here on Friday night has increased the concerns of local residents. The fireworks set off during the grand welcome of the wedding procession almost resulted in an accident just after the groom’s landing, which has further increased the seriousness of the issue.
In view of this incident, the RWA of Aravali Apartment has written a letter to the District Magistrate demanding a ban on joyous fireworks in Noida. RWA President Dharmendra Sharma said that at present the level of air pollution in Noida is already in a dangerous situation, Due to which Grape-4 has also been implemented.

Dharmendra Sharma said, ‘Hundreds of programs are being organized every day during the wedding season, in which uncontrolled fireworks are being done from evening till late night. Due to this, not only air pollution is increasing, but fights and accidents are also happening every day. Many people have fallen prey to it. This problem is not limited to pollution only. Incidents of people getting burnt in accidents caused by fireworks are also coming to light.
