CM Atishi Defamation Case: Delhi Chief Minister Atishi has got a big relief from Rouse Avenue Court. Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on Friday stayed the proceedings before the magistrate in the defamation case filed against Chief Minister Atishi. BJP leader Praveen Shankar Kapoor had filed a defamation case against CM Atishi.

At the same time, Rouse Avenue Court stayed the proceedings of the lower court in the defamation case filed by BJP leader Praveen Shankar Kapoor. Delhi Chief Minister Atishi had challenged the summoning order in the defamation case filed against her in Rouse Avenue Court. Meanwhile, the Sessions Court has fixed the hearing of the case on December 2.

The magistrate court had issued summons against CM Atishi on the defamation complaint filed by BJP leader Praveen Shankar Kapoor. At the same time, the Delhi CM had approached the sessions court against this. At the same time, the court stayed the proceedings before the magistrate during the hearing.

In the defamation case filed by BJP leader Praveen Shankar Kapoor, Atishi was accused of damaging the reputation of the party. The BJP leader had claimed that the allegations made by Atishi were against him and him. The BJP also claimed that the Aam Aadmi Party leader failed to present any material to prove his poaching claims.
