A 14 year old rivalry took a bloody turn in Sitapur. To avenge his father’s murder, the young man shot dead his porter and his son. The dispute that started from the ridge of the field turned into a double murder, police force deployed in the village.
On Friday evening in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh, the fire of revenge took such a form that two lives ended in a moment. The rivalry that had been burning for 14 years finally turned into the echo of bullets. To avenge his father’s murder, a young man killed his own tailor and his son. This double murder has spread panic and sensation in the entire area.
The dispute started from the ridge of the field, ended with bullets
This sensational incident took place in Fatehpur village of Imalia Sultanpur police station area of Sitapur. According to the information, there was an altercation over the ridge of the farm late on Friday evening. The dispute escalated so much that Ramu, a resident of the same village, shot his friend Chhote Khan alias Akhtar with a pistol on his temple. On hearing the sound of the bullet, Akhtar’s son Maisar Khan ran to save his life, but the accused chased him and shot him. Both died on the spot.

As soon as information was received, police reached the spot and deployed heavy force in the village.
As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot and took both the bodies into their custody and sent them for post-mortem. The deceased belonged to another community, hence in view of the possibility of any kind of communal tension, a large number of police forces have been deployed in the village. The deceased have been identified as Chhote Khan alias Akhtar and his son Maisar Khan, while the main accused has been identified as Ramu, a resident of the same village.
Blood feud was going on since 2011
Police investigation has revealed that the roots of this murder are 14 years old. In 2011, Ramu’s father Thakur Prasad was murdered in Hargaon area. The names of Akhtar, Messer and others had come up as accused in this case. After this, in the year 2020, Thakur Prasad’s son Santosh was also murdered, in which the same people were also accused. Since then the enmity between the two sides was deepening.
What was said in the complaint given to the police
Maisar Khan’s son Shamshad Khan alleged in the complaint given to the police that Ramu, his history-sheeter father-in-law Shivpujan and others surrounded his grandfather and shot him. When his father Messer Khan tried to run away to save his life, the accused chased him, caught him and shot him.
SP took charge, 5 teams formed
Seeing the seriousness of the incident, SP Ankur Aggarwal himself reached the spot and investigated. Five police teams have been formed to arrest the accused. Police say that soon all the accused will be arrested.

After the double murder, there is an atmosphere of tension in Fatehpur village and surrounding areas. Police are continuously patrolling and monitoring the situation. This bloodshed has once again shown how dreadful the consequences can be when old enmity turns into a fire of revenge.
