On December 18, the family took the girl to the district hospital located in Sector-39. Seeing his condition serious, the doctors immediately referred him to Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi. The girl kept struggling between life and death for about five days. Despite all efforts, he died on 23 December.
FIR registered on father’s complaint, accused arrested
After the death of the daughter, the victim’s father lodged a written complaint at the Sector-39 police station. As soon as the complaint was received, the police came into action and considering the seriousness of the matter, registered an FIR against the accused cousin. The police have arrested the accused and sent him to jail. At present, the postmortem report of the entire matter is awaited, after which further legal action will be taken.
