You can make this peacock designed rangoli on New Year. This is a bit more artistic, so if your hand is not set in making rangoli then first make a light outline peacock with chalk. If you want, you can also create the design of half circles and flowers and leaves with chalk. After this, fill the peacock with blue, red and yellow colors using the health of the sieve. Outline with dark blue. After this make the leaves in green and yellow colors. Color the half circle blue inside, pink outside and light purple.
