Rajasthan High Court has currently refused to grant relief to Asaram in the rape of a minor case. Asaram was given life imprisonment in the rape case, which has been upheld by the court. He has been acquitted of gang rape charges but the conviction and sentence on other serious charges will remain the same. Along with this, the court has also ordered Asaram Bapu to surrender.
