The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Friday approached the Supreme Court, challenging the Delhi High Court’s decision to suspend the sentence of expelled BJP leader Kuldeep Singh Senger in the 2017 Unnao rape case while his appeal against conviction remains pending.
