Recently a report came that he has shifted from Mumbai to Bangalore. Now the latest news is regarding his IPL future, in which it is being claimed that the league teams are trying to trade him, including 5-time champion Chennai Super Kings. CSK has poured cold water on this news which spread like wildfire and has rejected any such discussion.

In a statement issued by the franchise CEO Kashi Vishwanathan, it has been said that CSK has not discussed anything regarding Hardik Pandya and at present the team has no such plans. Vishwanathan also said, “CSK has not yet reviewed its IPL season and all this will be done only after the MLC season is over. We have not talked to anyone and whatever is being said about Hardik and CSK is not true.”

Is CSK really not interested?

Now CSK has officially refused to discuss this trade at present. But generally in any such deal, until 100 percent of the issues are settled, the teams publicly deny it. Anyway, the trading window will remain open till a week before the IPL auction. The auction usually takes place in November or December but at present BCCI has not taken any decision regarding the date. In such a situation, a lot can change in the next 4-5 months.
