Who filed a case against Tejashwi Yadav

According to the information, a case has been registered against Prime Minister Narendra Modi for making indecent remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi against former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and senior RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav. On the complaint of BJP Metropolitan President Shilpi Gupta, the police have registered an FIR against her and started investigation. This case is being reported from Sadar Bazar police station in Shahjahanpur.

What is accused on Tejashwi Yadav

In fact, a post was posted from RJD’s official X (East Twitter) handle at 6:58 am on Friday. It is alleged that objectionable remarks were made on Prime Minister Modi. A picture of the Prime Minister was also put in this post. A copy of the post has also been filed as evidence in the case. After the post on Friday morning, during the press conference at the RJD office in Patna in the afternoon, Tejashwi Yadav also called the Prime Minister a pocket. He said that we do not want a PM with a pocket.

Demand for strict action against Tejashwi

At the same time, SP Rajesh Dwivedi of Shahjahanpur said that a case has been registered under sections 353 (2) and 197 (1) (A) of Bhadansam. The police is investigating the matter

Case filed against Tejashwi in Maharashtra too

On the other hand, a case has also been registered against former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav in Gadchiroli district of Maharashtra regarding objectionable posts on the Prime Minister. It is being told that BJP MLA Milind Narote from Gadchiroli has filed another complaint against RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav. On the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered against Tejashwi under Section 196 (promoting enmity among various groups), 356 (defamation), 352 (deliberately insulting with the intention of disturbing peace) and 353 (statement affecting public system) against Tejashwi.
