Eric Badlands Booker reveals insane dream to chug a drink so rare it only exists in a Coca Cola museum

Eric “Badlands” Booker has become famous for chugging huge amounts of drinks in record time. From soda to lemonade, he’s done it all. But now, ahead of the 2025 Nathan’s Lemonade Chugging Contest on July 4 in Coney Island , the 56-year-old chugging star has revealed there’s one rare drink he’s always wanted to try but most people have never even heard of. The drink isn’t sold in stores. It’s not easy to get, and it comes from a place you probably wouldn’t expect.

What is the rare drink Eric ‘Badlands’ Booker wants to chug next

Eric Booker, who will defend his title at the Nathan’s Famous Lemonade Chugging Contest in Coney Island, New York on July 4, 2025, told TMZ Sports that his dream drink to chug is a Coca-Cola product called Beverly.“It’s a non-alcoholic apéritif,” Eric Booker said. “I think it’s from Italy or somewhere in Europe. There’s only one place I know that still has it the Coca-Cola factory in Atlanta.”

Beverly was first made in Italy in 1969. It was created to be a bitter drink served before meals, as is common in Italian culture. But Coca-Cola stopped selling it to the public in 2009. Today, it’s only available to taste at the World of Coca-Cola museum in Atlanta, Georgia.

Eric Booker joked, “One day, I’m gonna bring my boot and just put it under the fountain and try to chug two liters of Beverly.”
