If you missed your chance on September 14, you still have another chance. The next Lok Adalat for you people will be held on 14th December. You cannot just go to the court and get the settlement done on 14th December, the online process for the token starts a few days before the date of Lok Adalat.

You can go to Lok Adalat only if you have received a token. After applying online, you get a slip in which information related to court number and timing is given. Reach the court room mentioned in the slip on 14th December, if you are late then you will lose the opportunity. In Lok Adalat, the judge will tell you how much amount of the challan you have to pay, the amount of the challan may be very less or sometimes the challan is even waived off.
