Ingredients needed to make laddus
- Desi Ghee – 200 grams
- Fine semolina – 100 grams
- Flour – 150 grams
- Milk – 8 spoons
- Watermelon seeds – 1/4 cup
- Raisins – 8-10
- Bura – 200 grams
- Cardamom powder – 8-10
Recipe to make Laddu
To make laddus, first put one and a half teaspoon desi ghee in a pan, now add semolina to it and fry it well with ghee. Now you have to fry the semolina well until a fragrant smell starts coming from it and the color becomes light golden. After this add flour to it and mix it well. Now add 2-3 spoons of desi ghee in it, mix everything well once and fry. You have to keep the gas flame low while frying the flour. You have to fry the flour while stirring continuously. After frying for about 15-16 minutes, the dough will become a little loose. When the dough becomes a little liquid in texture, its color will also change and a roasted aroma will start coming from it. Now when it reaches this stage, turn off the gas and then add about 4 spoons of milk in it and mix well and add the remaining milk, mix and turn on the gas. It has to be roasted on slow flame and now it will become dry. After this, turn off the gas and take out the roasted flour and keep it aside. Now you have to put magaj seeds in the pan and fry them well. Now mix these seeds in the flour. Now add raisins and sugar in the flour and mix everything well. Now add cardamom powder to it and mix everything well. After this, heat the remaining ghee and mix it. Now make laddus with the help of both your hands. Your tasty laddus are ready.
