Guru Gobind Singh gave sleepless nights to the Mughals.
According to historians, during the year 1705, Govind Singh fought several wars with the Mughals and shook their rule. After this the Mughals launched a campaign to capture the family of Guru Gobind Singh. In such a situation, Guru Gobind sent his wife Gujri and two Sahibzadas Baba Zorawar Singh and Baba Fateh Singh to a secret place. But the cook Gangu, out of greed for money, told their address to Nawab Wazir Khan of Sirhind.

Sahibzadas were pressurized to change their religion
Nawab Wazir Khan captured Mata Gujri and the two younger Sahibzadas Baba Zorawar Singh and Fateh Singh and tortured them many times and pressurized them to change their religion. But mother Gujri and both the Sahibzadas refused it. At that time Baba Zorawar was 7 years old and Baba Fateh Singh was 9 years old. When Mata Gujri Sahibzadas refused to obey the Wazir, she got angry and got both the Sahibzadas buried alive in the wall on 26 December 1705. A few days later, Mata Gujri also left her body.
2 sons were martyred in the war
Guru Gobind Singh also had two more sons whose names were Baba Ajit Singh and Baba Jujhar Singh. Both of them were also martyred in the battle of Chamkaur during this period. In this war, only 40 Sikhs fought bravely against the Mughal army of thousands and attained martyrdom while protecting the religion. In this way, within a few days, Guru Gobind Singh sacrificed his entire family including himself on the path of patriotism.
