Ajay Devgan and Rohit Shetty’s ‘Singham Again’ does not seem to be living up to expectations in terms of earnings. Rohit Shetty had full confidence in this film made with a budget of more than Rs 350 crore. But till now ‘Singham Again’ has not even touched the figure of Rs 200 crores. To make the film a hit, the director also added cameos of 4 big actors. But it seems the audience is not liking the cameos of Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff and Deepika Padukone.
This is because the earnings of ‘Singham Again’ are declining day by day. The film is touching the lowest earning figures with each passing day. 8 days have passed since the release of ‘Singham Again’. In such a situation, the makers are quite disappointed after seeing the falling earnings. According to the latest report of Saknilk, ‘Singham Again’ has collected only Rs 7.50 crore on the eighth day of its release. These are preliminary figures, there may be slight changes in them.
‘Singham Again’ could not even touch the figure of Rs 200 crores
With this, the eight day total collection of ‘Singham Again’ has now become Rs 180 crore. It was expected that ‘Singham Again’ would touch the figure of Rs 200 crore in the first week of its release. But looking at the circumstances, it seems that ‘Singham Again’ may take 3-4 more days to reach Rs. 200 crores. However, the makers are pinning their hopes on the figures of Saturday and Sunday.
‘Singham Again’ left behind ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’
It is believed that the film may benefit from the two-day holiday. But seeing the kind of earnings ‘Singham Again’ had made on the first day, it seemed that Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgan’s film would leave everyone behind and become the highest grossing film of this year. But this film has left behind even Karthik Aryan’s ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’.
